Facilities and Equipment

The winery is equipped with modern facilities for grape processing and vinification, including temperature control systems and barriques for aging red wines. The farmhouse of 440 m² (4,736 sq ft), which includes areas to be renovated designed to create three independent apartments, offers further opportunities for business expansion. The annexes currently used as storage could be converted for agritourism or commercial activities.

Vineyard and Production

The vineyards, with varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Mammolo, Merlot, Malvasia Bianca, and Trebbiano, are cultivated using training techniques such as cordon spur and Guyot. The annual production amounts to about 225 hectoliters. The backbone of the company is the vineyard, eligible for Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG(1.9300 hectares), Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (0.2480 hectares), and Chianti DOCG (0.3870 hectares).

Potential Expansion

With 8.2 hectares / 202 acres currently dedicated to arable land, there is the possibility to further expand wine production by creating new vineyards, thus increasing the profitability of the company.
