International client seeking an authentic Tuscan farmhouse with annexe, located between the Sienese and Grosseto hills. Requires at least 20 hectares (preferably contiguous) for 8 horses, with maximum privacy but convenient access: no long or challenging dirt roads. The property must be warm and traditional, not overly 'luxurious/modernised', and equipped with a swimming pool.
