Extra Virgin Olive Oil Production Details
Area: 1.87 ha. 700 organic olive trees, 100 of which are centuries-old. Varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino, Correggiolo, Frantoio and Pendolino. Production: 2,000–3,000 litres per year. Terre di Siena PDO extra virgin olive oil, processed within a few hours of harvesting and stored in a temperature-controlled chamber with nitrogen.
Wine production details
Vineyards: 3.87 ha, of which 2 ha are IGT Toscana and 1.87 ha are replanting rights. Varieties: Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano. Production: approximately 50 HL per year, with a potential of 70–80 HL. Wine produced: IGT Toscana.
Garden and swimming pool
The garden, featuring pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, is complemented by a swimming pool project already underway, with the excavation and foundation completed and materials purchased.
